1. General Terms

By booking a vehicle through Goodfellas, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These apply to all bookings made via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.

2. Booking & Eligibility

• All rentals require a valid driver’s license and passport.
• Minimum age: 23 years old.
• License must be held for at least 1 year prior to the rental date.
• Only the individual listed on the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.

3. Rental Period & Late Returns

• Rental includes 250 km/day. Extra km charged at €0.15/km.
• Late returns incur additional fees.
• Please notify us in advance if you expect a delay.

4. Deposits & Payments

• A refundable security deposit is required at vehicle pickup.
• Deposit amount varies by vehicle category.
• Full payment is required before or upon vehicle delivery.

5. Use Restrictions

• Driving outside Albania is prohibited.
• Vehicles must not be used for racing, towing, or illegal activities.
• Only the authorized driver may operate the vehicle.

6. Insurance & Damage

• Basic insurance is included.
• Full coverage (Kasko) is optional and available upon request.
• The renter is responsible for damage caused by negligence (e.g., engine misuse, tire damage).

7. Vehicle Delivery

• Delivery to Tirana International Airport (TIA) is available upon request.
• The renter must be present to receive and inspect the vehicle.

8. Breakdowns & Emergencies 

• In the event of a breakdown or accident, contact us immediately.
• The renter is liable for any issues caused by improper use.

9. Termination

Goodfellas reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a rental if terms are violated or false information is provided.
